Dr. Dale Alexander has been in practice for over 20 years, In the fleld of Physical Medicine and
Rehabllitation with a certification In Acupuncture. A native of Brooklyn, New York, after graduating fram
the New Yark School of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury NY, Dr. Alexander started practicing in the
New York City,

Dr. Alexander has been Involved in many different endeavors In additlen to his practice, Since 2005, Dr,
Alexander has been the team Physician for the New York Police Department Football team, baseball team
and the boxing team. He has also served as a New York, Nassau County Police Surgeon.

Dr, Alexander is very active in the community. He is the founder and former president of the Combat
Wounded Veterans of America. Founded to ensure that all our nation’s combat wounded veterans be
properly recognized, honored, and supported for their Service.

Dr. Alexander is a time supporter and health advisor to Vision Urbana Inc, a community-based
organization. Vision Urbana Inc provides public health and preventive health educational programs to the
community members of the lower east side.in New York City. He also provides health care services and
oversees a health shepherding program to assure that the community has access to quality health care.
The shepherding program has grown to cover the entire United States of America and now also includes
the Caribbean, Central and South America. Dr. Alexander has been Involved in the care of many people,
including transfers of patients internationally to US facilities for care,

With the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Dy, Alexander began to help in the fight of the Pandemic,

In addition to Joining the New York City Medical Reserve Corp (created to strengthen public health,
imprave emergency response, and bulld community resilience), Dr. Alexander also Joined the COVID
response effort In New Jersey, He recelved a New Jersey state temporary emergency license for out-of-
state practitioners and helped many community members of the state of New Jersey.

To expanse the catchment area of these health care pragrams, Dr, Alexander and his partners created a
COVID 19 – HOTLINE. DA Medical Services partnered with the Essex County Latino American Chamber of
Commerce, NJ and the National Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on Health to launch this still ongoing,
health information HOTLINE.

The purpase of the HOTLINE Is to provide Information about the Coronavirus crisis, possible health related
resources that are avallable to the community, and when possible, assist In accessing health care,

The goal is to make available to those who might not be able to get around for whatever reason,
Information that will help them determine whether they can be managed at home or will need to seek
health care in a healthcare facility, Emergency Room, Clinic, Medical Office, or Hospital. Through this
program, Dr. Alexander and his team have helped thousands of people not only In the Tristate area, but
hatlonally and Internationally, As a direct result of this endeavor, the International Society of Health
Education was created. This organization provides health educatian and other resources to health
providers around the world.
